We would like to take a moment to express our appreciation to you and all of your staff members.  First we would like to go back…when we discovered that we were unable to conceive naturally.  We visited 4 Reproductive Medicine facilities with unsuccessful results from 2 offices…and 2 offices refusing to give us a chance to enjoy God’s best gift to a husband and wife….This time of our lives was very heartbreaking and discouraging, since we were being turned away, at a time when we really needed a doctor’s assistance.

On January…, 2010 we had our initial appointment at your office.  During our visit with you, you stated “The odds are not on your side, however, I promise to give you that chance at IVF that you are asking for and help you and the results will be up to God.”  We will never forget these words.  You are a man of your word and you never backed down the entire time regardless of what the test results were telling you.  You were determined to get us over that finish line and we owe you the world.

From the moment we walked into your office and met your cheerful front desk staff we knew we were at the right place.  Whether it was getting directions from the front desk staff, getting help from your financial dept (office manager)…, meeting with the embryo specialist, getting a friendly person in those early mornings for blood work or a scan, or nurse phone calls…, they were all pleasant experiences.  Thank you also to the other doctors and lab staff that helped in our treatment.

If all the doctors had the wonderful staff as you do and doctors thought like you instead of worrying about their numbers this world would be a better place for the people looking for medical help.  We would like to thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts.  You are all so kind and caring and made us feel comfortable the entire time we were being treated.  Thank you all for helping our dreams come true!!  Our baby Boy is due…  This is TRULY a miracle baby!  We also thank God.
