Andrology Laboratory

The Andrology Laboratory at CARMF offers both analytic tests and clinical services. Analytic tests for assessing the fertility status of male patients include comprehensive semen analysis, post-vasectomy analysis, antisperm antibody assay, post-ejaculatory urinalysis, and the assessment of individual sperm morphology (using Kruger's strict criteria). Analytic test results should allow physicians to recommend the most appropriate course of fertility treatment for patients. Clinical services offered by this laboratory include sperm preparation for intrauterine insemination, Pre-IVF Semen Prep, sperm cryopreservation (this is an option available only to our fertility patients at this time) and donor insemination.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Semen Analysis:

This test is available to anyone with a prescription from a licensed physician. Please call or email our office to schedule testing. Results will be sent out to the referring physician within 24 hours.

is a NJ State Licensed Reference Laboratory as well as CLIA- and JCAHO-certified. The laboratory is directed by Bo Feng, PhD, HCLD.
